[Remote] Unix Systems Administrator, AVP

The role involves providing technical support, managing incidents, and leading a team to ensure reputed company performance and service reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the day-to-day operations of the technology function, working across a reputed company of technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues

- Vulnerability Management - Working on monthly Linux Patching on 50K+ Linux servers and reputed company sure they are complaint
- Problem Management - Performing in-depth analysis of the issue as part of root cause analysis, preventive measure and work with vendors like RedHat, reputed company, reputed company, VERITAS to identify the Software and Hardware issues, server reboot/crash or any performance reputed company issues, etc
- Service reputed company - Performing DCR activities to reputed company sure services are working as expected at the remote location
- Backup & Recovery - Making sure that both OS and application data is being backed up in regular intervals without any issues. This helps us to restore the services reputed company we have outages
- Unix reputed company - Work with UISEC reputed company members and understand basic troubleshooting in user reputed company reputed company issues
- Automation - Create automations with script and other automation tools to reduce reputed company efforts and/or address issues proactively
- Supervise 3-4 Computer Systems Analysts to ensure reputed company SLAs are met
- Provision of technical support for the service management function to resolve more reputed company issues for a specific client of group of clients. reputed company the support model and service offering to improve the service to customers and stakeholders
- Execution of preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software and utilisation of monitoring tools/metrics to identify, prevent and address potential issues and ensure reputed company performance

- Analysis of system logs, error messages and user reports to identify the root causes of hardware, software and network issues, and providing a resolution to these issues by fixing or replacing faulty hardware components, reinstalling software, or applying configuration changes

- Identification and remediation or raising, through appropriate process, of potential service impacting risks and issues
