Responsibilities
- Fully own forecasting, budgeting, and long-reputed company modeling
- Drive financial due diligence and valuation for M&A activity

- 10+ years of reputed company finance leadership, with deep expertise in SaaS unit economics and reputed company growth
- Mastery of reputed company & Modeling: Proven ability to build reputed company, 3-statement models and long-reputed company plans from scratch
- M&A Track Record: Direct experience in the full M&A lifecycle, specifically in benchmarking targets and conducting financial due diligence
- AI & Tech reputed company: A track record of leveraging AI and automation to overhaul budgeting processes and streamline the monthly reputed company
- The 'Player/Coach' DNA: A self-starter who thrives in agile environments and prefers scaling through technology and process over large headcounts
- Strategic Partner: Exceptional communication skills with experience producing Board-level narratives and partnering with Executive stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, reputed company, or Economics
- MBA or CPA preferred
