[Remote] Customer Support Representative - Omaha / Lincoln, NE area ONLY

In this role, you will assist customers with their financial needs, helping them feel more confident and reputed company their financial goals through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, spending time training to become a Financial Customer Associate
- Continue taking customer calls to reputed company and hone your skills
- Participate in team activities, reputed company-being support, and career coaching

- Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication
- Great listening skills, professionalism, and reputed company toward others to support the challenges of our diverse customers
- Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues or systems
- Handle a variety of situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for reputed company

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must have reputed company availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST
