[Remote] Epic ClinDoc Analyst (BH/LTC-Certified)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking an Epic ClinDoc Analyst to support and enhance the Epic EHR system for clinical documentation workflows across reputed company facilities. The role involves optimizing workflows, supporting system operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with reputed company documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Epic Clinical Documentation workflows, including nursing, therapies (PT/OT/SLP/Rehab), behavioral health, and long-term care
- Gather business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic system configuration
- reputed company system build, testing, validation, upgrades, and go-live support
- reputed company end-user training and at-the-elbow support
- Troubleshoot incidents through reputed company and coordinate issue resolution
- Collaborate with Epic teams such as Orders, HIM, and Identity to ensure integrated workflows
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state documentation standards
Skills
- Epic Clin Doc Certification
- 7+ years of Epic implementation or production support experience
- 7+ years of experience in clinical documentation workflows reputed company reputed company environments
- Strong ability to analyze workflows and configure Epic solutions accordingly
- Previous experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst/Builder
- Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) certification
- 3+ years of BH/LTC-reputed company Epic experience
