Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist (MEX & COL)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Requirements Previous BPO collections experience is required reputed company-party collections experience is strongly preferred Strong understanding of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written Fluent Spanish communication skills Strong negotiation and reputed company-handling abilities Goal-oriented reputed company with the ability to meet performance targets Previous remote/work-from-home experience preferred Must be permanently based in Mexico or Colombia Must meet reputed company technical requirements listed above Apply To This Job
