Summary: The Senior Stop Loss Consultant is a subject-matter expert responsible for leading reputed company stop-loss engagements, including renewals, marketings, claims reputed company, and strategic advisory support for self-funded employer clients. This role serves as a primary client-facing consultant and internal escalation reputed company, providing technical expertise, reputed company and contract strategy guidance, and mentorship to junior consultants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Strategy Serve as the reputed company stop-loss advisor on reputed company client relationships. Advise on stop-loss program design including deductibles, lasers, aggregations, and reputed company. Translate claims and renewal data into actionable client recommendations. Renewals & Marketings reputed company end-to-end stop-loss renewals and marketings. Review and compare reputed company proposals. Negotiate pricing and terms with carriers. The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
