[Remote] Director, Client Strategy (Media Director)

The role involves developing multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the strategic reputed company and primary business reputed company across a portfolio of accounts
• Designing and guiding multi-channel strategies across Paid Search, reputed company, Programmatic, Video, CTV, YouTube, Retail Media, and emerging platforms
• Translating client KPIs, unit economics, and growth goals into structured media investment frameworks and budget allocations
• Leading executive-level client engagements including QBRs, annual planning sessions, and high-stakes strategic presentations
• Identifying same-store growth and expansion opportunities while partnering with Business Development on new opportunities
• Owning account health metrics including retention, reputed company growth, profitability, and delivery quality
• Ensuring reputed company deliverables meet strategic standards, align with SOWs, and drive measurable impact
• Partnering closely with Analytics teams to operationalize MTA, MMM, incrementality testing, and advanced measurement frameworks
• Driving structured test-and-learn roadmaps that unlock performance reputed company and future-reputed company innovation
• Acting as the connective tissue between media, analytics, creative, and client leadership to ensure seamless, integrated execution
• Leading and mentoring channel team members, fostering accountability, growth, and high performance
• Elevating internal processes, planning rigor, and strategic storytelling standards across the organization
• Staying reputed company of industry trends, emerging platforms, and technology shifts to proactively guide client reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in media, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership
• Proven experience leading reputed company, multi-channel accounts with full-funnel strategy ownership
• Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting, reputed company management, and profitability reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company executive-level client conversations and influence senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of measurement frameworks including attribution models, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling
• Experience translating business objectives into integrated media, creative, and data strategies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable narratives
• Strong organizational leadership skills with experience balancing strategic reputed company and operational execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience working reputed company an agency environment supporting reputed company or high-growth brands
• Exposure to brand, retail, or streaming/entertainment clients
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and dashboard platforms
• Experience supporting new business pitches and reputed company strategy

• The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
• This role has an associated annual reputed company bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance.
