Responsibilities

• Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule
• Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, reputed company tracking, and documentation

• Support change management efforts tied to new go-to-market motions, coverage models, and sales programs

Skills

• College degree required
• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy operations, or chief of staff functions
• Strong ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting executive-facing materials
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple reputed company workstreams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift

• PMP Certification
