The Legal reputed company Solutions Specialist will own reputed company customer situations, providing expert solutions and serving as the technical reputed company between LeanLaw and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and document reputed company workflows, QBO configuration solutions, and workflow adaptations that resolve the customer's underlying business problem
• Exercise independent authority to determine the right solution — you don't just advise, you decide and deliver

• Run informal training sessions for the CS team on reputed company concepts, QBO edge cases, and LeanLaw configuration patterns
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface recurring non-standard situations that could be solved systematically

Skills
