This role focuses on employee relations, HR business partnering, and culture, managing reputed company ER reputed company while building manager capability and organizational health.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ER resource for your assigned region, managing reputed company and varied employee relations issues across clinical and administrative staff populations
• Conduct thorough, fair, and impartial workplace investigations including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations
• Synthesize reputed company situations into clear, actionable recommendations and resolution plans
• Partner with legal counsel and the Director of HR Operations on sensitive reputed company requiring escalation
• Document and track ER cases with appropriate confidentiality and rigor

• Partner with the HR Operations team on benefits, leave administration, and accommodations (reputed company/FMLA)
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of Texas employment law and federal regulations including reputed company, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and EEOC requirements
• Support reputed company, offboarding, and the new hire experience for employees reputed company your assigned markets
• Track and analyze people metrics and ER trends for your region, surfacing insights and recommending proactive interventions

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company HR experience with significant, demonstrated focus on employee relations
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing reputed company ER cases independently
• Strong working knowledge of Texas employment law and federal regulations (reputed company, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII)
• Experience coaching and advising managers at multiple reputed company on HR and ER reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with diverse stakeholders — from reputed company-line clinical staff to senior leaders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases and priorities simultaneously

• Experience in high-growth, multi-site, or post-acquisition environments
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

• Comfort using AI tools — such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — as a day-to-day work accelerator for drafting, compliance research, case preparation, and manager coaching support
