[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Clinical Experience

The Senior Product Manager, Clinical Experience will own the clinical product surface, consolidating roadmaps and establishing a product-led practice to improve mental health care reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design a reputed company for world-class clinical experience - thinking in ecosystems across the full clinician reputed company, not isolated features, and asking reputed company would build if we were not constrained by what already exists
• Own the clinical systems roadmap: work closely with our clinical, operations and care teams to define priorities and reputed company metrics
• Establish product governance - act as the reputed company between clinical stakeholders and engineering, and ensure priorities are set by reputed company impact
• Evaluate AI and reputed company-party tools with rigor: define evaluation criteria, assess build vs. configure vs. buy for every initiative, and apply solutions where they genuinely give clinicians time back - not as a default
• Measure the benefit in terms that matter where every initiative has a baseline before and after: time saved per session, reduction in non-billable administrative hours, billed hours unlocked, and clinical reputed company improved
• Work across the full reputed company of clinical delivery - from optimizing workflows inside NextGen (templates, task routing, clinical documentation) to designing integrations that reputed company the EHR into our broader ecosystem, to scoping and building net-new clinical tooling where no off-the-reputed company solution exists
• Own the integration layer between our clinical tools - reputed company, NextGen, and any custom-reputed company surfaces - ensuring they work together as a coherent system rather than a set of disconnected reputed company solutions that clinicians must manually reputed company
• Build clinical safety into the practice from the start - understand where our tooling intersects with client safety and ensure speed of delivery never comes at the cost of clinical reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in reputed company or clinical tools
• Familiarity with reputed company systems integration (HL7, FHIR, API-based) and the judgment to know what belongs natively in an EHR vs. an external layer
• A track record of building product practice from scratch - creating structure, earning trust, and delivering measurable improvement
• AI literacy applied practically: you can evaluate tools, assess clinical risk and integration complexity, and reputed company informed reputed company
• The ability to quantify benefits concretely to measure reputed company: saved time, recovered hours, improved throughput
• Preferred hands-on EHR experience - you know how they work, where they are configurable, and where they need a build-around. [NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD or reputed company]
