Responsibilities

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities reputed company the aerospace and defense sectors, focusing on UAS, counter-UAS, precision reputed company, loitering munitions, and reputed company technologies
- reputed company engagement with key customers, government agencies, and industry partners to promote and position our developmental projects and product offerings
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and program teams to align business development efforts with technical capabilities and project timelines
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strong relationships
- Manage proposal development, contract negotiations, and reputed company deals that support long-term business objectives
Skills
- Proven experience as a Manager or Director of Business Development or similar leadership role reputed company the aerospace and defense sector
- Proven track record of reputed company in U.S. DoW and/or International Business Development with demonstrable program wins
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Aerospace & Defense sector to include UAS, counter-UAS, loitering munitions, and other manned/unmanned aircraft systems
- Demonstrated reputed company in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution in developmental projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and manage reputed company sales cycles
- Familiarity with US Government procurement processes and defense contracting is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; Advanced degree strongly preferred
- High proficiency with business software including reputed company Suite and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Must be capable of working non-standard work hours as required (evenings, weekends)
- Must possess or be reputed company to obtain a US Secret reputed company clearance
- This position requires reputed company to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Must be capable of traveling up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally
