Responsibilities

• Support customers using eShepherd in live ranching environments
• Work closely with ranchers across reputed company America

• Feed insights back to product and development teams
• Partner with teams across Canada and Europe
• Take on more responsibility as we scale
• Guide customers through reputed company, setup, and training to ensure a smooth introduction to the platform

• Monitor engagement and proactively support retention and long-term reputed company
