[Remote] Transmission Line Engineering Manager

The role involves technical leadership, team management, and project reputed company in transmission line design, with a focus on driving project execution and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage a team of transmission line engineers and designers across multiple projects
- reputed company the technical execution and delivery of transmission line projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Serve as a technical leader and decision-reputed company on reputed company design challenges (69kV–500kV+)
- reputed company guidance, mentorship, and performance development for junior and mid-level engineers
- Act as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, supporting project communication and relationship management
- Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and project deliverables
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting in coordination with leadership
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client engagement
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in transmission line engineering and design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong experience with PLS-CADD (required)
- Proven ability to reputed company projects and mentor engineering teams
- Solid understanding of NESC, structural design, and transmission line standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company with clients and internal stakeholders
