[Remote] Technical Project Manager (Financial Services)

The role involves partnering with various stakeholders to design, coordinate, and implement processes for Advisory and Management New Accounts, requiring strong project management skills and financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution across business process design, technical coordination, requirements tracking, testing readiness, implementation planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment
• Support requirements gathering, process design, solution implementation, testing, and deployment readiness
• Apply project management methodologies, governance processes, and delivery standards
• Coordinate Agile or hybrid delivery execution, including sprint planning, backlog tracking, dashboard management, and delivery reporting
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, reputed company, action items, and change control processes
• Support large cross functional teams through project planning, execution, testing, implementation, and stabilization
• Maintain precise documentation and artifacts required by PMO, audit, technology, business, and implementation teams
• Serve as a liaison between internal business customers, reputed company, and external suppliers where applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• PMP certification required
• Experience working in financial services, asset management, banking, brokerage, advisory, or securities operations required

• Knowledge of application development and project life cycle methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or TFS

• Knowledge of risk management, issue tracking, change management, requirements gathering, and testing coordination
• Knowledge of information technology support and technical documentation
