[Remote] Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing financial services organization seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role will support financial reporting, business analysis, and management reporting activities while collaborating with various departments to enhance reporting processes and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring financial reports, management dashboards, and performance reporting packages
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including variance analysis and business performance reporting
- Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility into key business metrics
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and reputed company meaningful business insights
- Partner with teams across operations, sales, and other business functions to support reporting and analytical needs
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Support reputed company analysis and special projects for finance leadership and senior management
- Participate in the preparation of executive presentations and management reporting materials
- Help identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and overall efficiency
- Utilize business intelligence and reporting tools to enhance data accessibility and decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company analytical roles
- Strong reputed company skills and experience working with large data sets
- Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus
- Understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis concepts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience reputed company financial services, lending, banking, or other data-driven industries is helpful but not required
- Experience in financial reporting, business analysis, reputed company, banking, lending, corporate finance, or data analytics environments
