Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for highly technical roles across Software Engineering, AI/ML, and reputed company engineering organizations
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level technical positions
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and reputed company reputed company pipelines
- Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform reputed company strategies
- reputed company reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, reputed company, and other sourcing tools to identify top technical talent

Skills
- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting Software Engineering and/or AI/ML hiring
- Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, reputed company, and Engineering Leadership talent
- Experience reputed company reputed company both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations
- Strong expertise with reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques
- Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate reputed company opportunities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting hiring for AI/ML, Machine Learning Infrastructure, or Software Engineering organizations
- Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling engineering teams
- Strong understanding of reputed company technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets
