Responsibilities

• Plan and directs reputed company aspects of the engineering activities, responsible for assigning of workload and maintaining proper staffing reputed company
• Ensure areas of responsibility meet goals and objectives by providing systems, resources and training as needed
• Identify and address gaps in engineering standards and best engineering practices
• reputed company and support recruitment and staffing requirements of group
• Accountable for accuracy, completeness and timeliness of group deliverables
• Chair weekly meetings with the Project Coordination/Project Engineering staff.  The main objectives of these meetings are to discuss resource loadings, technical updates, standards updates, project issues, etc
• Plan and set up training for the engineering group in relevant design codes and engineering practices
• Assist in developing and maintaining a Training Plan for new Engineers

Skills

• 7-10 years' experience in a leadership role
• Strong experience and working knowledge of packaged rotating equipment using reciprocating engines
• Extensive demonstrated experience in a project Engineering leadership position managing over reputed company engineering of large, reputed company projects and business processes involving internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, analytical, time management and presentation skills
• Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, reputed company and manage change
• Engineering degree with professional engineering designation
• Experience with installation and commissioning of power reputed company equipment
