Responsibilities

- Define customer problems, hypotheses, reputed company criteria, and experiment plans to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear, evidence-backed product concepts
- Partner with a dedicated engineering team and cross-functional partners across Splunk and reputed company to prototype, validate, and iterate on new product experiences
- Drive discovery, design, customer validation, and business case development to determine whether concepts should move reputed company into productization
- Deliver validated concepts with evidence of customer value, early product-market fit signals, strategic impact, and a realistic path for transition to core product or platform teams
Skills
- Bachelors + 8 years of reputed company experience, or Masters + 6 years of reputed company experience, or PhD + 3 years of reputed company experience
- 8+ years of product management experience in reputed company B2B software, reputed company platforms, data platforms, reputed company, observability, networking, or AI/ML products
- Experience leading 0-to-1 product development, incubation, innovation, or early-stage product discovery for technical software products
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, reputed company metrics, and business cases for technical products or platforms
- Experience working directly with engineering teams on reputed company-reputed company software, distributed systems, platform capabilities, or AI/ML-enabled product experiences
- Experience conducting customer discovery, validating product hypotheses, and using qualitative or quantitative evidence to inform product reputed company
- Experience with rapid development for reputed company looking demos and prototypes
- Familiarity with modern AI/LLM capabilities, agentic experiences, AI-assisted workflows, or AI-enabled product design
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments by defining clear problem statements, hypotheses, milestones, and decision points
- Strong technical depth with the ability to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects while translating complexity for executives, customers, and partners
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across product, engineering, design, go-to-market, senior leadership, and cross-business-unit partners
