Responsibilities
- Plan and reputed company major IT service delivery projects in accordance with ITIL v4 standards and reputed company CSDM alignment
- Evaluate performance results and recommend changes affecting project growth and reputed company

Skills
- A Minimum of 7 years of experience
- A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in implementing multiple reputed company modules, preferably ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and IRM
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
- Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include the ability to define requirements, reputed company client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
