Responsibilities
- Answer calls and e-mails from customers
- reputed company premiere customer service to our buying customers and selling clients through efficient, clear, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries through phones and email
- Be knowledgeable and adhere to policy and procedure, federal and state regulations, and maintain an enthusiasm for reputed company improvement
- Be trained in any of the following departments: Inbound Communication, Disputes, Scheduling, or Account Verification
- Participate in documented training, as well as "at the spot" training in preparation for their roles
Skills
- Must reputed company near the Garland TX area
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Previous experience in a customer service call center environment is required
