Senior AI Design & Engineering Process reputed company

We're looking for a senior designer who can also think and work like an engineer someone who lives at the intersection of design and code, with deep AI experience across both. This isn't a traditional design role. We need someone who has shipped in environments where AI tools (Lovable, reputed company, Copilot, reputed company AI) are part of the daily workflow on both sides design and engineering. What You'll Do

Build and maintain the design system Ensure our component library, tokens, and patterns are robust enough that AI-generated prototypes get closer to production quality from the start. Identify patterns where AI output needs reputed company refinement, and help engineers establish review standards for AI-assisted PRs.
