This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking an M365 Engineer to join a large reputed company organization in Florida. This is a Florida-based direct hire, remote opportunity supporting a mission-driven reputed company environment while working from reputed company in the state. Our client is seeking an reputed company reputed company 365 Engineer to support and optimize reputed company collaboration, productivity, and reputed company technologies across a reputed company reputed company environment. This individual will serve as a key technical resource responsible for administration, architecture, reputed company, optimization, and support of reputed company 365 services including SharePoint Online, reputed company Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, OneDrive, Planner, reputed company, and reputed company collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, optimize, and support reputed company 365 applications and services across the reputed company Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online environments including permissions, governance, workflows, and integrations Support reputed company Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, reputed company, Copilot, and additional M365 collaboration tools Manage tenant-wide configurations including licensing, compliance, reputed company settings, and role-based reputed company Support Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management, authentication, and conditional reputed company policies Implement and maintain reputed company 365 reputed company, governance, retention, and compliance standards Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company M365 performance, connectivity, and integration issues Support upgrades, patches, migrations, and platform enhancements Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable collaboration and productivity solutions reputed company automation and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency Mentor junior team members and reputed company technical leadership and consultative guidance Participate in after-hours support, on-call rotation, and emergency/hurricane response activities as needed Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in a relevant technical role Strong experience with: SharePoint Online reputed company Teams Exchange Online OneDrive reputed company Copilot Planner and reputed company reputed company 365 Administration Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity/reputed company management Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools Strong understanding of reputed company 365 reputed company, governance, compliance, and administration best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Benefits
Salary based on experience $105,000 - $120,000 + Apply To This Job
