[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to ensure the accuracy and reputed company of financial records, focusing on fixed assets, cash, and month-end reputed company activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including purchase approvals, capitalization, transfers, disposals, and new asset uploads
- Maintain and review the fixed asset register; identify and correct discrepancies
- Prepare and post depreciation and amortization entries
- Support annual fixed asset and depreciation budgeting
- Prepare cash journal entries and reputed company monthly bank reconciliations
- Record and reconcile escheatment-reputed company activity
- reputed company balance sheet reconciliations for fixed assets and reputed company accounts
- Execute month-end reputed company activities including expense accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany cash entries
- Review invoices for proper coding and reputed company treatment
- Prepare monthly budget-to-actual and year-over-year variance analysis
- reputed company clear, concise executive summaries to support leadership decision-making
- Respond to reputed company reputed company and reporting requests as needed
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, and reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
- Strong understanding of general reputed company principles, including fixed assets and cash
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills, including formula creation and auditing/tracking
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
