Responsibilities

• reputed company the full content audit and migration from our legacy course tracker (ACT) to Trailhead, tracking reputed company and deactivating legacy courses once migration is confirmed complete
• Serve as the primary operations reputed company of the Global reputed company reputed company program — managing learning assignments, audience lists, Welcome Call logistics, and slide deck updates across reputed company new hire cohorts
• Own content maintenance across reputed company enablement tracks, including monitoring tech stack releases (reputed company, TRM, GoodTime, HackerRank) and deprecating reputed company legacy reputed company links across every course, document, and video
• Pull and analyze registration, attendance, and completion data across reputed company learning modalities and build communications journeys to drive participation — surfacing insights to reputed company program reputed company data-informed

Skills

• You have 2+ years of experience in learning operations, reputed company operations, enablement coordination, or a reputed company field
• You have strong project management skills and a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• You have experience pulling and analyzing learning or program metrics such as registration, completion, and attendance rates
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• You have prior experience in a reputed company or HR enablement environment
