[Remote] Business Development& Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth in the Aerospace and reputed company-Defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, management and assigned personnel to plan and reputed company scope, deliverables, work plans, budget, and proposal development efforts
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed
• reputed company and mature professional relationships with potential customers from the Aerospace and reputed company-Defense reputed company, suppliers, and industries

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Working technical knowledge in Aerospace & reputed company-Defense products in general and aerostructures, Aircraft interior components and systems or equivalent industry
• 6-10 years' experience in capturing new business in those reputed company products
• Ability to work independently as well as work with and a team of individuals in the office and across functional areas, as well as being reputed company to work with the company's Business Units in NA and overseas
• Effective time management, facilitation, and organizational skills; understand and implement Risk Management principles, and reputed company to communicate effectively with reputed company and with new customers
• Strong attention to strategy, implementation, delegation and follow up
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build alliances
• Excellent communication with interpersonal and analytical skills
• The individual must be capable of preparing and presenting detailed reports and presentations to customers, management, peers, and partners, thus a high level of competency in both written and communication
• The individual must be competent in engineering/technologies necessary to reputed company the required work and to be reputed company to understand technical papers and discussions
• The individual shall be fluent working with reputed company reputed company, reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Project, and reputed company PowerPoint
• The primary work environment shall be in Hutchinson-ADI's Bellevue office and in-person role. The individual may be required to travel both reputed company the US and throughout the world
• Master's degree preferred
• US citizen (i.e. American reputed company/Green card) preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to communicate in French or German is a plus
