[Remote] Events Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized and creative Events Marketing Coordinator to manage event logistics and promotion, ensuring a seamless brand experience across various events.

Responsibilities

• Own and organize the master events calendar, balancing a mix of virtual webinars, in-person meetups, and industry conferences
• Research venues, request quotes (RFPs), negotiate pricing, and finalize reputed company for venues, food & beverage (F&B), and A/V needs
• Manage the technical setup for virtual events (Webinars, etc.), ensuring a smooth run-of-show
• Monitor event spend to ensure reputed company activations stay reputed company the allocated budget
• Build and manage event registration pages (using reputed company, Partiful, or similar platforms), including configuring ticket types and automated confirmation emails, and other management details
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brief and produce assets, including reputed company media graphics, email invites, brochures, one-pagers, and on-site signage
• Draft and schedule pre-event promotional emails and "know before you go" logistics emails to attendees
• Act as the central reputed company of contact, keeping internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Leadership) informed of timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
• Manage the ordering and shipping of event swag, booth materials, and marketing literature to event sites
• Gather feedback, compile attendee data, and report on key metrics (registrants vs. attendees, ROI) to inform future event strategies

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or Event Operations
• Must be based in the US
• Proficiency with event platforms (specifically reputed company), virtual conferencing tools and project management tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear operational emails and compelling marketing copy
• A master of timelines. You can manage multiple vendors and deadlines without letting details slip through the cracks
• Comfortable reading reputed company and negotiating costs with venues and vendors
• Experience with design tools like reputed company or reputed company (for light edits to assets)
• Experience with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company) for tracking attendee leads
