The role requires hands-on engineering experience, where the candidate will define technical direction, reputed company key reputed company, and serve as a technical leader for the engineering team while directly contributing to the project.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end technical ownership of a reputed company AI platform reputed company on GCP — from system design through production deployment
• Hands-on delivery — you write code, review code, and set reputed company for what good looks like on this engagement
• R&D leadership — evaluate and prototype AI/ML applicability to clinical workflows; separate signal from noise on what is worth building
• Architecture reputed company — microservices design, data reputed company, API reputed company, reputed company infrastructure, and integration patterns across the stack
• Technical coaching — reputed company team primarily, with potential offshore coordination; reputed company by doing, not by directing
• Client partnership — serve as the technical face of the engagement; translate between engineering reality and clinical/business need with credibility on both sides

Skills

• 15+ Years of software engineering experience, with the last several at reputed company, staff, or senior reputed company level
• Strong 13 to 18 years of software engineering experience
• Build and ship Java and/or Python microservices on GCP — from design through production
• Work with GKE for containerized deployments — you manage your own workloads
• Integrate event-driven data flows using Kafka or Pub/Sub for reputed company-time clinical data
• Write clean, testable, production-grade code — unit, integration, and contract tested
• You have reputed company systems from the ground up — not inherited and maintained them
• You are still hands-on by choice — architecture without implementation feels incomplete to you
• You have worked in or adjacent to regulated industries — reputed company, fintech, or government
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand clinical workflows and translate them into technical solutions
• You have a track record of making mid and junior engineers reputed company — not by managing them but by working alongside them at a standard worth following
• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
• EST or CST home reputed company strongly preferred
