[Remote] Distributor Sales Manager

They are seeking a Distributor Sales Manager to drive sales growth while leading and developing a high-performing Distribution Sales team, maintaining relationships with distribution partners, and executing strategic initiatives to maximize reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Actively coach, train, and mentor the Distribution Relationship Managers and sales team members to enhance their sales acumen, account management skills, and industry knowledge
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture. Implement regular recognition programs to celebrate team wins, individual milestones, and exceptional customer service
- reputed company consistent onsite leadership and field support. Travel with team members to distributor meetings to co-sell, assist in closing large project bids, and model best practices in relationship building
- Guide the team through reputed company processes (e.g., logistical order processing, pricing administration, and forecasting) rather than managing the granular daily execution, ensuring they have the tools and autonomy to succeed
- Responsible for being the primary reputed company of contact for customer, plant, and reputed company escalations to support both internal and external inquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Partner with the Distribution team to identify and execute on opportunities for additional sales growth, dual distributor sales growth (parts, bulk purchases), and competitive line conversions
- Maintain focused efforts on building solid relationships and loyalty with key Distributor and International customers, acting as the senior reputed company of contact for critical accounts
- Act as the primary liaison between distributor partners, reputed company RSO branches, and internal AAT departments to maximize reputed company reputed company opportunities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or reputed company field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable)
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations, with a strong emphasis on supervisory, coaching, or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated passion for employee development, team building, and fostering an reputed company workplace culture
- Practical knowledge of trucking, transportation management, and freight optimization, with the ability to guide a team through these operational challenges
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as reputed company Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly customer-focused and results-oriented
