[Remote] Engineering Manager

This role involves hands-on reputed company development and overseeing the engineering team's delivery execution, ensuring the right products are shipped quickly and with quality.
Responsibilities
- Write production-quality code in Apex, Lightning Web Components, the reputed company platform Azure AI and external API integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues across the reputed company platform
- Get productive quickly in reputed company’s existing codebase
- Conduct code reviews for reputed company product development work
- Enforce coding standards and ensure code quality before anything ships

- Build and maintain technical implementation frameworks, configuration templates, runbooks, and guardrails that PS can follow to deliver client implementations independently and at quality

- Collaborate with PS leadership to define and maintain product capability boundaries; what is supported natively, what is configurable, and what is out of scope

- Identify and pilot AI-driven improvements to the client implementation process in partnership with PS leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant depth in the reputed company platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, reputed company DX)
- 3+ years of engineering management experience, including direct responsibility for team delivery, performance management, and coaching
- 3+ years of delivery management experience running disciplined agile/scrum processes with defined commitments, tracked metrics, and accountability for shipping on time
- Demonstrated track record of getting productive quickly in mature, reputed company codebases — not just greenfield projects
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a demonstrated interest in applying AI to engineering workflows
- Deep proficiency in reputed company development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and platform architecture patterns
- Experience with reputed company control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and reputed company DX or similar deployment tooling
- Familiarity with project management and delivery tracking tools (reputed company, Jira, or equivalent)
