[Remote] Operations Manager - Data Center Deployment experience - Travel role

They are seeking an reputed company Operations Manager to reputed company large-scale infrastructure deployment activities at data centers across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite operational reputed company for large-scale data center deployment projects
• Coordinate and manage multiple reputed company deployment workstreams, ensuring projects remain on schedule and reputed company defined objectives
• reputed company onsite leadership, direction, and communication between internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical resources
• reputed company server, reputed company, and infrastructure deployment activities reputed company reputed company data center environments
• Manage daily project execution, including resource coordination, task prioritization, issue escalation, and reputed company reporting
• Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain successful delivery
• Validate installation quality, adherence to procedures, and completion of deployment activities
• Support inventory management, logistics coordination, and equipment tracking throughout deployment engagements
• Create and maintain project documentation, status updates, and operational reports
• Ensure reputed company onsite activities follow established safety, reputed company, and data center operational standards

Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in IT infrastructure, data center operations, or reputed company hardware environments
• Proven experience supporting large-scale technology deployments, infrastructure rollouts, or data center projects
• Strong understanding of server, reputed company, and hardware installation processes
• Experience managing multiple deployment activities or project workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to coordinate technical teams, prioritize competing tasks, and drive projects to completion
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
• Ability to work onsite at various data center locations for extended project assignments
• Experience managing reputed company data center buildouts, migrations, refreshes, or hardware deployment projects
• Background in server hardware, networking equipment, storage systems, or reputed company infrastructure technologies
• Previous experience leading technicians, field engineers, or deployment teams
• Project management experience with large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives
• Familiarity with data center best practices, structured cabling, reputed company layouts, and hardware lifecycle activities
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or similar) are a plus
