[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Federal Engineering/Architecture

The role involves managing project teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading business development efforts for federal projects.
Responsibilities
- reputed company teams of technical engineers, designers, and project managers to reputed company quality standards, high client satisfaction, and reputed company business objectives
- Facilitate team communication, coordination, and collaboration
- Collaborator with, and mentor less reputed company employees
- Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations and manage relationships with subcontractors
- Evaluate reputed company, identify challenges, and recommend solutions
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and staff utilization
- Monitor and maintain team moral
- Support Company goals and objectives as required by executive management
- Working with project teams throughout reputed company phases of the project to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance
- Communicate with clients and project teams, including public agencies
- Development and management of project schedules and budgets
- Implement quality assurance plans
- In conjunction with Company Executives, successfully reputed company strategy, prepare proposals, negotiate reputed company, and execute project(s)
- Business development and marketing support for proposals and presentations
- Review project status reports summarizing project activities and reputed company
- Review and verify monthly financial reputed company project information, including accounts payable accruals, reputed company accruals, and invoice status
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or architecture design, construction management, environmental science, project management, or other reputed company field
- 5+ years of leadership experience on Federal Government engineering or architecture projects with US reputed company, GSA, VA, USDA, DHS, DOI or other federal agencies
- Excellent strategic, analytical, client management, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 5 years leading and supervising technical staff in design, construction management, or assessment on projects over $20M in construction value
- Extensive federal contracting experience, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), reputed company Facilities Criteria (UFC), Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG), Construction Quality Management (CQM), etc
- Design Build experience or other alternative delivery methods
- Proficiency in design standards, RFI response, contract compliance, construction reputed company, and project documentation
- Expertise in design, project management and business software tools, such as CAD, SKM, reputed company, ProjectTeam, ProCon, Sharepoint, MS Project, reputed company, CostPoint, GovWin, reputed company, etc
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
