[Remote] Senior Field AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities
- reputed company AI-powered solutions in customer environments, including edge computing platforms, software applications, sensors, and supporting infrastructure
- Integrate solutions with customer IT and operational systems, APIs, databases, and reputed company platforms
- reputed company and maintain integration code, automation scripts, and deployment tooling using Python and reputed company technologies
- Assess customer environments and ensure deployment readiness, connectivity, and system compatibility
- Configure, tune, validate, and troubleshoot Computer reputed company and AI models in production environments
- Analyze field performance, identify root causes of accuracy issues, and optimize solution performance for reputed company-world operating conditions
- Collect and analyze deployment data to support reputed company improvement and model refinement
- Partner with RD teams to communicate field findings and accelerate product maturity
- Serve as the primary technical reputed company for customer deployment activities, driving implementation execution and coordinating with architects, product managers, RD teams, and customer stakeholders

- Serve as the critical feedback channel to the core RD team. Translate on-site deployment issues, hardware limitations, integration challenges, and algorithmic edge cases into structured, actionable engineering insights
- Capture and distill delivery experience into optimization recommendations for both software and hardware components, relaying timely feedback to Solution Architects and the RD team
- Adhere to customer safety, reputed company, privacy, and compliance requirements during reputed company deployment activities
- Protect customer data and reputed company intellectual property in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in solution deployment, systems integration, software engineering, field implementation, or reputed company technical roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, AI/ML, or a similar degree
- Practical experience deploying, tuning, validating, and troubleshooting Computer reputed company and AI-based solutions in production environments
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues across software, infrastructure, and deployed systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, computer reputed company, AI platforms, or intelligent edge solutions is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively and support long-term customer-site deployments globally
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
