[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager I will manage a portfolio of strategic wholesale and industrial accounts, handling customer interactions, data analysis, and internal collaboration while learning industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing customer orders, including volume and reputed company analysis
- Support data entry and account-reputed company inquiries from Strategic Customers
- Learn to analyze customer usage trends and reputed company recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Trading, Risk, Legal, and Billing) to support customer account activities
- Assist in preliminary invoice development and verification of transactions for assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports
- Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in reputed company and other systems

Skills

- Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and basic analytical skills

- Willingness to travel occasionally
