[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Behavioral Health

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of products, ensuring alignment between behavioral health operations, sales, reputed company, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be a product thought leader for your business unit, including strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap
- Own and manage the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team
- Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on prioritization for the roadmap
- Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping
- Support market research, due diligence, and strategic assessment of product partnerships with other companies

- Own the product roadmap for your business unit and execute with cross functional teams to deliver on it

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
- Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
- Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to drive initiatives reputed company with influence and a collaborative working style
- Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
