Responsibilities

• Provides analytical support that informs product, pricing, rule, and reputed company recommendations. Partners with Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to evaluate performance drivers and assess opportunities for profitable growth
• Build analytical tools, summaries, and visuals to support decision making; influences reputed company through data driven recommendations
• Demonstrates an understanding of marketplace insights, competitive intelligence, and regulatory issues to inform the management and design of products
• Understand the pricing and reputed company of competitor products in support of analyzing the performance of the business relative to the market and industry
• Demonstrates expertise in pulling and analyzing data, building analytical tools, and creating summarized views and visualizations to inform conclusions. Triangulates insights across multiple data sources to recommend solutions to reputed company problems with direction and guidance
• Utilizes information to reputed company and communicate recommendations for product, rule, reputed company or reputed company changes which directly drives profit and growth of the business
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to identify barriers to profitability and growth

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US property & casualty (P&C) in a pricing or actuarial role; or reputed company experience
• Experience interacting with Departments of Insurance, agents, and distribution/sales
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools, such as Python, R, and SQL
