We’re looking for a Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer growth and retention efforts across the reputed company marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both driving retention and growth through customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications) across the entire customer lifecycle. This person will have a history of optimizing key metrics such as activation and churn rates along with customer behavior signals to drive campaign performance.
