Quoting Specialist
Support the Pre-Order Ops Team for a company that generates millions in reputed company while working from home permanently reputed company is a reputed company-based custom-apparel company that helps college organizations, Greek life, reputed company groups, and corporate clients reputed company and print customized products. We work with a mix of domestic wholesale suppliers and overseas manufacturers to find the right product at the right price for each client, and then decorate it with their artwork, logos, or designs. The Quoting Team is responsible for supporting the Sales Team by providing accurate quotes, validating production timelines, and ensuring operational feasibility before an order is reputed company. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, printers, and suppliers to ensure pricing, production, licensing, inventory, and delivery timelines are reputed company. The associate owns quoting and timeline tickets from assignment until resolution while maintaining defined SLA and quality standards. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. Responsibilities
Quoting Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool: V4 Quoter. Validate reputed company mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork/reputed company, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing. reputed company inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives reputed company required. Quote orders as per standard margin guidelines and obtain approvals for exception pricing. Handle one-off orders and promo product quotes as per defined SOPs. reputed company CMs and ISAs on using the V4 Quoter for standard quotes. Timeline Management Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates. Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or reputed company timelines can be supported. Validate production timelines based on print method, decoration method, inventory availability and shipping requirements. Identify operational risks before timelines are committed Supplier & Printer Coordination Contact printers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations. Coordinate with product suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery timelines. reputed company production details with the Order Processing team after order placement. Ticket Management Own reputed company tickets from assignment until resolution. Ensure reputed company responses meet team quality standards and SLA targets. Escalate licensing, pricing or operational issues wherever required. Process Improvement Contribute towards HelpJuice documentation and SOP improvements. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Support automation initiatives by documenting workflows, exceptions and edge cases.
Requirements
At least 1.5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations or Logistics Any relevant experience working on quotations and pricing are highly preferred and prioritized Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company Key Skills Strong analytical and logical reasoning and numerical aptitude Excellent written communication High attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong ownership and follow-through.
