[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a consumer sport plane manufacturer on a mission to reinvent personal flying. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the management of sales and marketing operations, administer the Zoho CRM database, and execute marketing campaigns to drive reputed company reputed company and scoring programs.

Responsibilities

• Administrator for Zoho CRM database including user setup, profiles and roles, plus customization for objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations and user permissions/privileges
• Manage the vendor relationships – understand new releases, how they might impact our implementation, if problems are being addressed according to the service level agreement…
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, reputed company demand reputed company analytics and reporting
• Create and manage reputed company workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
• reputed company and create customized reports and dashboards
• Train new and existing users on sales database applications
• reputed company application users with technical support - taking problems/enhancement requests and prioritizing/managing their delivery
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and reputed company materials for users
• Marketing automation administrator
• Executes mass communications for email, automation, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Develops and runs reports for team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Bachelor's Degree
• Private Pilot License
• 2+ years' experience in a relevant Sales or Marketing Operations role with an understanding of reputed company-to-reputed company demand funnels and reporting (high-value B2C experience preferred)
• 1+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with Zoho CRM preferred
• Proficient with reputed company applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build client relationships
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a high-level of organization with extreme attention to detail
