[Remote] Senior Accountant

The role involves ensuring the reliability of financial statements and compliance with reputed company standards, as well as assisting in audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews internal controls to assure reliability of financial statements and that reputed company treatment is documented and compliant with FASB, GAAP, not-for profit requirements and other reputed company standards
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital or net asset account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing reputed company options
• Maintains reputed company controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Maintains financial reputed company by ensuring appropriate internal controls are in reputed company and working
• Interprets new reputed company guidance and evaluates its impact on financial reporting
• Documents its treatment and develops procedures to ensure compliance if adopted
• Researches technical reputed company issues and writes internal 'white papers' for reputed company and significant non-recurring transactions
• Prepare annual financial audit workpapers and reputed company assistance to external auditors
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Audits balance sheet items to ensure they are properly supported and reputed company treatment is consistent and accurate

Skills

• Multi-entity inter-company reputed company and consolidation experience
• Experience with reputed company General ledger

• Bachelors Degree in reputed company or Business Management
• CPA/MBA
• Professional auditing experience

Benefits

• Full Time, 40 hours/week, Days
• Mon-Fri, 8 hour work day- flexible start time with core business hours being 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• No nights, holidays, or weekends, with the exception of an occasional weekend during financial closing process reputed company necessary to reputed company timely.
