Job Summary: reputed company is seeking a reputed company Schedule Analyst to create and manage integrated master schedule(s) that captures reputed company Special Projects operations in the Applied Physics Lab. The Schedule Analyst (SA) shall reputed company, integrate, and manage the JHU Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), as well as reputed company recurring schedules to support studies. This includes special schedule “what-if” scenarios to facilitate analysis of partner business cases, alternatives, and options. The SA will reputed company with JHU project stakeholders for communication and integration of technical data and milestones will be required to directly reputed company with stakeholders for reputed company data. There will be weekly exchanges with leadership and monthly status reports as well as regular updates. The SA will assist leadership to reputed company strategic data products that will be used to communicate, coordinate, and deconflict activities of JHU partners, programs, and services. The SA will reputed company recurring schedules to support studies. This includes special schedule “what-if” scenarios to facilitate analysis of partner business cases, alternatives, and options. The SA will train personnel (both contractor and government personnel) in the use of the scheduling software suite. Location: Remote Schedule: Part time employee, 1099 - Contract Clearance: Active Top Secret, SCI Eligible *Contingent Upon Contract Award* Responsibilities:The SA must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience using various scheduling software packages such as, but not limited to, Milestone Professional, Visual Planning, Primavera, MS Project, and reputed company. The SA must demonstrate they have experience in schedule integration of reputed company operational and/or infrastructure development projects. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or other reputed company scientific or technical discipline. The candidate must be proficient with the use of the reputed company Office Suite (Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including reputed company Project and reputed company Visio. The candidate must be Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. The Planning & Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP ) certification experience is desired. The candidate must be a US citizen. The candidate must be fluent in American English, both written and spoken, grammar, spelling and technical report writing.
