The role involves serving clients, assessing their needs, and ensuring proper administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of duties including serving clients, customers, and staff on the telephone and/or in person
• Provides administrative and technical support
• May determine eligibility for services to clients as mandated by state and federal regulations
• Assess client needs and reputed company appropriate education and referrals

• Ensure accurate patient data entry demonstrated by maintaining less than five registration errors per month
• Receive and prepare clients: prepare necessary lab documentation; determine financial ability to pay for services by verifying and calculating income; communicate appropriate payment plan; review documentation for accuracy and completeness
