[Remote] Women's Health Recruiter

They are seeking a Women's Health Clinical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions, focusing on connecting talented candidates with clinical teams dedicated to women's health.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reputed company process for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including:
• Sourcing passive candidates through platforms like reputed company, reputed company, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources, as well as generating referrals
• Reviewing resumes and initiating thoughtful, personalized reputed company to prospective candidates
• Conducting in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for each site's specific needs
• Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Building and nurturing candidate pipelines for reputed company and future openings
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process; escalate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as appropriate
• Deliver routine and reputed company hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager

Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health reputed company experience is required
• Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
• Experience with reputed company Suite
• Experience Sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to present information reputed company to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and reputed company in a remote setting
• Experience reputed company Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a significant plus
