[Remote] Sales Operations Manager - Eastern Nebraska / Western Iowa

The Sales Operations Manager will optimize sales channels and operations to drive growth for the CropVoice platform, focusing on improving CRM functionality and developing metrics to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities

- Standardize sales operations and improve sales process design, and
- Ensure accurate data and reporting
- Build reporting systems, dashboards and metrics, and work with leadership to:
- Analyze the sales funnel and pipeline and indicators of reputed company performance
- Reinforce accountability and monitor performance of the sales team, and
- Identify and resolve any friction points in sales channels
- Partner with internal teams and external sales channel partners to utilize sales tools effectively
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or a reputed company field
- At least four years experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, business operations, or a reputed company analytical role
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM administration and reporting in a growing sales organization
- Track record of building dashboards, playbooks, or process improvements that measurably improved sales productivity or forecast accuracy
- Experience supporting a multi-channel or multi-territory sales team is strongly preferred
