[Remote] Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

The Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer will reputed company requirements management for a large federal reputed company reputed company platform, ensuring that stakeholder needs are reputed company into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements
- Translating stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation
- Maintaining requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle
- Modeling business processes and workflows to support platform and application teams
- Managing scope and change, and facilitating prioritization with product and program leadership
- Participating in Scaled Agile (SAFe) ceremonies, including PI planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
- Producing clear documentation and translating reputed company requirements for a reputed company of audiences
- Working with government partners and delivery teams to ensure requirements meet reputed company, compliance, and performance needs
- Supporting acceptance and validation activities to confirm delivered capabilities meet requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's and 5+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and/or requirements engineering on technology programs
- Experience with requirements documentation, user stories, and traceability
- Experience working in an Agile or SAFe environment
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination
- Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Experience with requirements and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms and federal compliance environments
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
