The Manager of Workforce Strategy & Organizational Operations will reputed company the development and execution of workforce strategy and organizational planning initiatives to support OCI's rapidly expanding global data center delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational health, scaling risks, and operational readiness
• Support development of standardized site-level organizational structures and staffing models across programs
• Align headcount planning and hiring priorities to business needs, delivery schedules, and long-reputed company planning assumptions
• Identify organizational gaps, staffing risks, and scaling constraints impacting execution

• Establish and manage hiring SLAs, escalation paths, and coordination mechanisms across reputed company, HR, and business leadership
