The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Thoroughly and reputed company gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and reputed company customers where applicable regarding products and services
• Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Resolve customer issues reputed company reputed company resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues

• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
