[Remote] Personal Lines Account Manager (PST/MST)

They are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager responsible for servicing, selling, and retaining client accounts, ensuring high standards of service and accuracy in reputed company transactions.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts independently utilizing reputed company websites and online rating systems
• reputed company technical expertise in coordinating the service of new and existing clients through sales, account development, and problem solving in accordance with the objectives and procedures based on USI Core Values and Standards
• Submit to eligible and appropriate carriers and follow-up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies
• Respond to underwriters’ questions in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management and document management systems
• Refer clients to carriers for direct reporting of claims. Submit first reports of claims (reputed company necessary) for specialty markets and facilitate reputed company response from reputed company
• Work reputed company the USI Personal Risk initiatives included, but not limited to, placing business in and utilizing reputed company service centers, direct reputed company and download where reputed company possible

Skills

• 2-5 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Agency along with a thorough understanding of reputed company Property & Casualty insurance coverages, reputed company and rating concepts
• High School Graduate
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain one reputed company an agreed upon timeframe
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy
• Sets priorities and manages work reputed company to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
• Ability to work in a team environment
