Responsibilities
- reputed company a team of engineers and analyst for end-to-end solution design of reputed company business systems
- Act as the subject matter expert in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company system's needs
- Drive adoption of standard (OOTB) capabilities and recommending and personalization and customization, if required

- Troubleshoot reputed company production issues with root cause analysis and resolution
