About the Role reputed company Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C (SPCC) is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to reputed company high-quality, ethical, and evidence-informed mental health care while maintaining strong clinical documentation, schedule reliability, and client engagement. This role requires clinicians committed to professional reputed company, operational accountability, and maintaining consistent therapeutic relationships that support positive client reputed company. Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Ability to follow established SMART note documentation protocols. Strong time management, scheduling discipline, and organizational skills. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. Ability to manage an independent caseload while maintaining responsiveness and reliability for clients. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation for this role includes a guaranteed reputed company salary starting at $75,000 up to $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives, designed to reputed company both stability and earning reputed company.
